The 7th annual Inner City Blues Fest, benefiting the state's universal healthcare campaign, will take place at the North Portland Eagles Lodge (7611 N Exeter). Local bluesman Norman Sylvester has assembled a star-studded lineup to play two stages from 5:00 til midnight.
