Fox and Bones

Americana, Folk
Location: Portland

Fox and Bones are the modern-day Bonnie and Clyde, if Bonnie and Clyde had driven a Volvo and played folk pop music. Jonathan Frahm of PopMatters calls the internationally touring duo “just the right wistfully optimistic medicine,” and European music blog Rockette says they are “addictive like peanut butter.” Engineered by Matt Greco (The Rye Room) and produced by Dominik Schmidt (Rola Music), their sophomore effort Better Land is the perfect combination of modern production and classic songwriting. For fans of Fleetwood Mac, The Wind and The Wave and Johnnyswim, celebrate its release at the White Eagle on Wednesday, November 14 and don’t miss the pair at Portland's Folk Fest on February 1-2 at the Mission Theater.
