If you miss the style of Portland music festival where you can hop from club to club and discover all sorts of local talent, look no further than the second annual Rx Fest. The Valentine’s Day weekend wingding seeks to raise awareness about “health, both mental and physical, and wellness in our community” while benefiting a host of area nonprofits. White Bike and Ryan A Miller of U SCO are also on this Valentines bill. Weekend wristbands are just $35 or you can buy a Saturday-only pass for $20.
