If you miss the style of Portland music festival where you can hop from club to club and discover all sorts of local talent, look no further than the second annual Rx Fest. The Valentine’s Day weekend wingding seeks to raise awareness about “health, both mental and physical, and wellness in our community” while benefiting a host of area nonprofits. Maria DeHart is also on this bill curated by Slim Moon of Kill Rock Stars. Weekend wristbands are just $35 or you can buy a Saturday-only pass for $20.
