Portland doom progenitors Witch Mountain are usually touring all over the place, making touchdowns in their hometown increasingly rare engagements. File this fantastic set of dark riffage under Must See as Witch Mountain headlines at the Star Theater for a trifecta of heavy-lidded thunder. In tow are Seattle trio Brothers of the Sonic Cloth, featuring the legendary Tad Doyle (of Sub Pop recording artist TAD) and Boise doomsayers Batholith. Witch Mountain's set is going to be recorded for future release so the longstanding crew will likely be upping the live ante. One way to find out is to get there by any means necessary (that are legal and pretty universally regarded as "cool").
