Heart brought the love to Edgefield

A perfect Saturday night at a sold-out Edgefield set the stage for a rock and roll show at its very best. From Heart's opening song "Barracuda" to the end-of-set Led Zeppelin covers, the pair of sisters proved why they’re in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Ann Wilson’s vocals were nothing short of epic—from my perspective, she's the greatest female rock vocalist of all time. Highlights included Nancy Wilson’s cover of Paul McCartney’s “Let Me Roll It,” and the following three-song set of "Heaven," "These Dreams" and "Alone," which had the Edgefield crowd visibly emotional. Closing with "Crazy On You" and a three-song Zeppelin encore that was nothing short of amazing, after 40 years of making music, these girls can still bring it!
