Portugal. The Man will be participating in a live stream for #SOSFEST directly from the Crystal Ballroom where they will perform on October 17 at 9:20pm. Live from the National Independent Venue Association’s (NIVA) YouTube Channel, the band and 35+ other performers such as Alec Benjamin, Macklemore, Jason Mraz, Little Big Town, and Black Pumas will come together for this benefit event to support the most vulnerable venues going through tragic revenue loss. #SOSFEST is a virtual music festival lasting three days on October 16, 17, and 18. The festival is marking seven months since many independent venues, comedy clubs, theatres, concert halls, and festivals learned of their indefinite closures. “90% of independent music venues are on the verge of closing forever.” To help out while hoping Congress will pass legislation that will #SaveOurStages, NIVA Emergency Relief Fund is raising money for the most susceptible venues.
