As a virtual benefit series, The Old Church’s Better Together lifts and amplifies the art and voices of BIPOC. With the pandemic impacting on collective livelihoods, The Old Church launched this series in response. “As protests across the USA and the world condemn police brutality and centuries of racial injustice, we hear the call to action.” They stand by their community and the Black Lives Matter movement. Their mission is to promote art and music that enhance the community’s cultural life. On August 27 at 7pm, Last Of A Dying Breed, Amenta Abioto, and C3 The Guru will be featured in Better Together’s Episode 5: Masters of Ceremony.
