Artists Repertory Theatre kicks off its new season with a new play based on George Orwell's dystopian classic ‘1984’ written by Robert Icke and Duncan Macmillan and directed by Dámaso Rodríguez. And we’re excited to continue our Musical Interlude series—where artists perform stripped-down versions of their songs and tell the stories behind them—with ART. After this Thirsty Thursday performance of ‘1984’—which comes with a glass of Lagunitas Beer for $35 (play starts at 7:30pm)—you’ll be able to enjoy the emotive electropop stylings of Nosila. Or for just $10, you can attend the post-play music and storytelling event on the theatrical set of ‘1984.’
