Spending over a decade chasing dreams and making them reality, Patrick Hammond is a seasoned singer/songwriter from Portland. With one full-length record, three EPs, network television exposure, and performances up and down the West Coast under his belt, he’s ready to not only continue on but to pass the baton to some of the incredible up-and-coming artists of the greater Portland area. Hammond is currently reviewing albums for Vortex and Portland Notes, and is relentlessly searching for the hidden gems Portland continues to cultivate.
