Dear 'Division Street,' Say Goodbye to Affordable Rent, Meth and Porn

The times, they are a-changin'.

Successfully capturing the sights and sounds of the '90s—well, except the construction-filled shots of the modern reality of SE Portland's Division Street—White Glove's new song named for the rapidly changing thoroughfare is an ode to the gentrification of Portland. As artisan ice cream, Andy Ricker-helmed Asian joints, and sleek, upscale condos move in, the once-seedy Division has officially metamorphosized into the culinary destination Restaurant Row.

But what do the locals have to say about that? Comically, Tim Wenzel and crew won't just let that happen: They'll take to the streets in a smoke-filled canoe.
