If you're a longtime Dandys fan, this is the night for you as the band celebrates 25 years! Releasing 10 studio albums and 27 singles over a quarter of a century, the Rose City-reppin', master shoegazers have been exploring all sorts of garage, psych and pop rock over the decades. “Holy cow, 25 years?!” keyboardist Zia McCabe exclaims. “I guess it has to have been that long since it feels like I’ve been doing this my entire life. Oh right, I have been doing this my entire adult life, ha. Time flies don’t it? So much history, so much music, so many memories and so much of it haaaazy, wow, just wow.” Expect the four-piece to build a set that features something from every album: "Don’t worry we’ll figure it out and it will be legendary." And if that's not enough, openers Mother Mariposa were handpicked for the slot after Warhols' guitarist Peter Holmström appeared on their electronic- and psychedelia-filled debut record 'The Monarch Key.' Naturally, the new project from Thomas Mudrick and Jsun Atoms (The Upsidedown, Daydream Machine, Pete International Airport) will bring Dandys vibes alongside sonic shades of Black Moth Super Rainbow.
