You may know Ben Larsen as the frontman for Crow and the Canyon or The Giraffe Dodgers. His solo debut is his most honest release yet. Utilizing Larsen's full musical palette, drawing from folk, bluegrass, chamber pop, and soul with a touch of psychedelia, the full-length LP features his four-piece band and local greats Tony Furtado, Paul Brainard and Tyler Thompson (Fruition). "Time" showcases a full string quartet and horn trio while "Seeds" finds Larsen with just a guitar and microphone.
