Sounds of Brazil PDX presents an evening highlighting the wonderful compositions of Rio-born guitarist and composer Durval Ferreira. Playing his most famous compositions as well as some obscure gems, don't miss Gabriela Gimenes (flute), Alexandra Santos (voice), Kerry Politzer (piano), Ben Graves (guitar), Bernardo Gomez (bass), Steven Schob (percussion), and special guest Peter Fung (cavaquinho) at Bebop Meets Bossa Nova: The Music of Durval Ferreira.
