The 14th annual fest will feature the likes of Branford Marsalis, Kurt Elling, Maria Schneider Orchestra, The Heath Brothers, Yellowjackets, Roy Ayers, John Scofield, John Beasley, T.S. Monk, and 2017 Portland Jazz Master Mel Brown, plus other PDX jazzers including Farnell Newton and The Othership Connection, Devin Phillips, Andrew Oliver and Bobby Torres.
