Jim Pepper Native Arts Festival

The third annual fest will take place outdoors at Parkrose High School (12003 NE Shaver St.) from 11am to 7pm. Honoring the Native American musician, composer, bandleader and saxophone player, the free, all-ages event will feature student musicians and dancers alongside professional and regional performers in an effort to improve student access to music education while motivating kids to stay in school.
